When you call the ITAV office or receive a call from the office, you are talking to an ITAV "Service Coordinator". They are responsible for helping members receive a requested service. Sometimes it may seem that you get a different person every time you call. A Service Coordinator is available to answer the ITAV phone Monday - Friday for eight hour a day (9:00am-5:00pm). (Office closed on Holidays) The Service Coordinators rotate their schedule. They have an advanced computer & communications system & have access to all your previous contacts & any specific needs you may have.
The Service Coordinator Team is responsible for the initial training, support of & ongoing training of Service Coordinators. The Team meets regularly with the Service Coordinators, gets feedback about procedures that need updated & provides ongoing support. Most Service Coordinators are ITAV members.
